Establish a Long Term Support branch model with 2-year security update guarantees.

  • Define LTS branching model (fork at GA, cherry-pick security fixes)
  • Automated security patch pipeline from Debian upstream
  • Upgrade path testing (LTS to next LTS)
  • Document support lifecycle dates
  • Publish LTS policy on alfredlinux.com/roadmap

First LTS release will be v4.0 GA.
