Research phase for ARM64/aarch64 port.

See docs/ARM64_BUILD_INVESTIGATION.md for initial findings.

Blocklist:

  • Cross-compilation toolchain for live-build
  • Kernel 7.0 arm64 build config
  • UEFI boot on RPi 5
  • Apple Silicon support via UTM/Asahi
